An overwhelming sense of peace descends on me as the strains of the synthesizer ooze gently from the headphones. I lose all worry, not even perturbed by tomorrow’s session with the monster. As the song is aptly named, you feel yourself floating, floating high up and you can see the big blue earth with the swirling clouds. Beautiful!
And then I curl up with this nice little book that Ramesh has lent me, "Zen in the art of Archery", by Eugene Herrigel
